DSD

First Dive ever, opportunity for non divers to try their first dive in the sea!

Prerequisite: being able to swim, sign a medical form, and a Liability release

Min Age : 10 years of age.

Course Organization:

Experience includes a Presentation with video, and instructor’s briefing. Followed by equipment preparation and skills development in shallow water in the sea. After Skills, follows dive to max 6 mt. in a group of max 4 people per instructor.

Dive time : 45 min including skills.

In the city, the same is done in confined water (in the pool)

 

The DSD is recommended for those who are pressed on time but would like the "scuba diving experience" as it offers 3 of the 4 thrills associated with diving ie: weightlessness, breathing in an alien environment and donning the scuba equipment. The only thing missing will be the presence of marine life, for those who do the DSD in the pool.
